Flamed Maple Body & Semi-Hollow Construction

The body of the Ibanez AS93FM is made of Flamed Maple, offering a distinctive look with a Transparent Moss Green finish. Its semi-hollow construction features a solid center block that enhances sustain and allows the guitar to be played at higher volumes and distortion levels without unwanted feedback.

Nyatoh/Maple Neck & Macassar Ebony Fretboard

The neck is made from a combination of three pieces of Nyatoh and Maple, ensuring high structural stability and resistance to warping. It is attached to the body with a set-in neck joint for smooth vibration transfer. The Macassar Ebony fingerboard offers a quick attack, tight lows, and a smooth playing surface, while the 22 Medium frets make bends and precision techniques easier to perform.

Super 58 Pickups & Electronics Systems

The guitar is equipped with the renowned Ibanez Super 58 humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions. The Alnico magnets deliver a warm, balanced signal with a vintage tonal character, ideal for both clean jazz tones and expressive overdriven blues. The sound is controlled by independent volume and tone knobs for each pickup, along with a 3-way selector switch.

Gibraltar Performer Bridge & Quik Change III

The Gibraltar Performer bridge offers a low profile for comfortable right-hand positioning, while ensuring precise adjustment of intonation and string height. It is paired with the Quik Change III tailpiece, which features special slots for quick and easy string changes, while the gold hardware completes the instrument’s overall look.
