The non-stick work surface offers convenience in use and accuracy in your measurements, allowing you to roll out the fondant comfortably and quickly without additional materials. It is recommended to secure the surface to the workbench with clear plastic adhesive tape to prevent slipping.

Wash after each use with a mild detergent, such as dish soap, and let it air dry. Do not bend it at a sharp angle as it is not made to flex beyond a certain angle. It can be rolled up for transport.

Made from a special food-contact material, with increased thickness for greater durability in use and flexibility. Avoid cutting with very sharp objects on the surface to prevent any tears.
