I had bought model 1 three years ago back when Xiaomi was releasing them under the name of its subsidiary "Soocas." It lasted me 3 years with daily use, after which it stopped working, possibly due to the tap water which has a lot of minerals. This particular one had 2 intensity levels and two more where it sprayed water instantly.
Model 2 has 3 intensity levels without the extra ones, which personally I never used.
Level 2 is like level 2 of the first model and a bit stronger. I tried level 3 for 2 seconds and my gum started bleeding. Maybe over time, as my gum gets used to level 2, I might move to 3, but maybe not.
On the negative side, I’ll mention that it has its own charging port and not type c, whereas the first model had type c. I don’t understand why they removed type c, maybe so the protective rubber of the port closes better and water definitely doesn’t get in? Of course, it says its battery lasts 90 days, which is quite positive since the first model lasted about 30 days.
Now, I saw some people say to use it after flossing. Personally, I use it after brushing and before flossing. The reason is that it removes so much food that the toothbrush can’t reach, so when you go to use the floss after, you’ll just get whatever is left from the water flosser, if anything, and you won’t struggle with food stuck on the floss, having to remove and reinsert it, etc. Personally, I have 3 spots on my teeth where to remove the food with floss I have to make my gum bleed, if it even removes it all. With the water flosser, it comes out in 2 seconds.
Anyone who hasn’t bought a water flosser before, I highly recommend getting one and making it part of your daily routine as it will make your life easier. Especially when you use it for the first time and see in the sink what food it removes, you’ll be amazed.

Το επίπεδο 2 είναι όπως το επίπεδο 2 του πρώτου μοντέλου και λίγο πιο δυνατό. Το επίπεδο 3 το δοκίμασα για 2 δευτερόλεπτα και έβγαλε αίμα το ούλο. Ίσως με τον καιρό, όσο συνηθίζει το ούλο στην ένταση 2 μπορεί να πάω και στο 3 αλλά μπορεί και όχι.
Στα αρνητικά του θα βάλω ότι έχει δικιά του θύρα φόρτισης και όχι type c, κάτι που το πρώτο μοντέλο είχε type c. Δεν καταλαβαίνω για ποιο λόγο βγάλανε το type c, ίσως για να κλείνει καλύτερα το προστατευτικό λάστιχο της θύρας και να μην μπαίνει σίγουρα νερό; Βέβαια λέει ότι κρατάει 90 μέρες η μπαταρία του κάτι που είναι αρκετά θετικό μιας και το πρώτο μοντέλο κρατούσε περίπου 30 μέρες.
Τώρα είδα κάποια παιδιά και λένε να το χρησιμοποιείς μετά το νήμα. Προσωπικά το χρησιμοποιώ μετά την οδοντόβουρτσα και πριν το νήμα. Ο λόγος είναι ότι βγάζει τόσες πολλές τροφές που δεν πάει η οδοντόβουρτσα, με αποτέλεσμα όταν πας να βάλεις το νήμα μετά, απλά θα πάρεις ότι έμεινε από το water flosser αν έμεινε και δεν θα ταλαιπωρηθείς με τροφές πάνω στο νήμα να βγάζεις, να ξανά βάζεις κτλ. Προσωπικά έχω 3 σημεία στα δόντια που για να βγάλει την τροφή το νήμα πρέπει να ματώσω του ούλο και αν την βγάλει όλη. Με το water flosser βγαίνει σε 2 δευτερόλεπτα.
Όποιος δεν έχει ξανά πάρει water flosser συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα να πάρει και να το βάλει στην καθημερινότητά του μιας και θα κάνει την ζωή σας πιο εύκολη. Ειδικά όταν το χρησιμοποιήσατε πρώτη φορά και δείτε στον νιπτήρα τι τροφές βγάζει, θα πάθετε την πλάκα σας.

Είναι βοηθητικό για να φεύγουν τα πολλά πολλά στα δόντια μετά το φαγητό αλλά μαζί με τα μέσοδοντια βουρτσακια. Δεν μπορεί να τα αντικαταστήσει.
