The worst purchase I have ever made, it doesn't complete any cooking program and gives me E1 (add water) even though it has water, and if you try to cook vegetables in the glass bowl as the company advertises, the food sticks to the bottom. From the very first use, I am waiting for a refund or to buy another product

Far, far, far away. Both the product is useless and the store is unacceptable. The bin is small, but we got over that. The machine broke down in less than a month of use. I returned it to the store/representative, and although they acknowledged it was broken and said they would send me another, for the next 2 months I just kept hearing excuses, that there is a shortage, the manager is away on a trip and will call you when he returns, etc. 2 months later I still haven't gotten anywhere, and the child started teething, so now the steamer blender is gradually becoming useless to us. And again...STAY AWAY!
