Mercola Bondflex 290 Lm polyurethane adhesive sealant is used for bonding, waterproofing and insulating metal, building and other structures. It is a single-component, highly elastic sealant that cures quickly when exposed to atmospheric moisture and can be painted.
It is suitable for sealing joints in buildings, industrial floors and bituminous membranes, as well as in construction joints subject to medium and high movement, with a minimum width of 4 mm. It can also be used on door and window frames and walls. Surfaces must be dry and free of dust and grease. Apply with a caulking gun.
