Description

The Traditional Ground Green Tea is cultivated in Japan, in the Uji region, which is known for its pure water and nutrient-rich soil, free from pesticides. The Tencha tea leaves are collected here, steamed lightly, and then ground manually with granite stones. This Matcha is organically certified and impresses with its almost neon green color, intense and creamy flavor, without bitterness.

Preparation method:

  • Put 5 grams of Matcha (2 Chashaku teaspoons) in a Matcha bowl (Chawan).
  • Add a little water (about 30 ml) and mix with a bamboo whisk (Chasen) in a 'Z' motion until it becomes creamy.
  • Add frothed milk and enjoy a delicious matcha!
