Brewing method: Fill the stainless steel filter with the desired amount of freshly ground coffee (we recommend 15 g of coffee for 250 ml of water). Allow the boiling water to cool to 92-96°C before pouring it over the coffee. Pour enough water to allow it to bloom and let it rest for about 30 seconds. Then, slowly and evenly pour the remaining amount of water over the coffee in circular motions. The amount of water you pour into the filter should be steady throughout the brewing process (2-4 minutes). Once all the water has passed through the filter, the coffee is ready to be served. Tips: The taste of coffee is affected by various factors - from the brewing method and the tools used to the coffee beans. The pour-over method is particularly suitable for enhancing flavors! Use freshly ground coffee! Quality outweighs quantity!
