In the user manual, it vaguely mentioned to avoid hot liquids, so I had to ask support. The company's general manager kindly contacted the manufacturing factory and told me to avoid placing liquids hotter than 55°C. I was planning to very rarely blend some soup etc., even though the device is not meant for that purpose. So for that, it's better to use my hand blender or wait for the soup to cool down. I think that's why a user's jug cracked, as mentioned. Of course, I often put hot espresso coffee in which I've dissolved honey and plenty of ice cubes and make my own version of freddo without problems. Although this should be clearly stated in the manual, otherwise the device is more than worth it and the company's support as well! If anything changes, I will update of course...

The best blender I have ever had. Very stable, good quality, fast and powerful. I used it to puree vegetables, make smoothies, and crush ice. Everything works effortlessly. The programs are easy to use and do a lot of work. Additionally, it looks very nice on the kitchen counter.
Το καλύτερος μπλέντερ που είχα ποτέ. Πολύ σταθερό, καλή ποιότητα, γρήγορο και δυνατό. Το χρησιμοποίησα για να πολτοποιήσω λαχανικά, να φτιάξω smoothies και να θρυμματίσω πάγο. Όλα λειτουργούν χωρίς καμία προσπάθεια. Τα προγράμματα είναι εύκολα στη χρήση και κάνουν πολλή δουλειά. Επιπλέον, δείχνει πολύ όμορφο πάνω στον πάγκο της κουζίνας.
I decided to support the Greek company and so far I haven't regretted it. The blender is excellent, it doesn't get stuck anywhere, considering its features, blades, power, size, functions, truly value for money! In the user manual, it vaguely mentioned to avoid hot liquids, so I had to ask support. The company's general manager kindly contacted the manufacturing factory and told me to avoid placing liquids hotter than 55°C. I was planning to very rarely blend some soup etc., even though the device is not meant for that purpose. So for that, it's better to use my hand blender or wait for the soup to cool down. I think that's why a user's jug cracked, as mentioned. Of course, I often put hot espresso coffee in which I've dissolved honey and plenty of ice cubes and make my own version of freddo without problems. Although this should be clearly stated in the manual, otherwise the device is more than worth it and the company's support as well! If anything changes, I will update of course...
Είπα να στηρίξω την ελληνική εταιρεία και μέχρι τώρα δεν το μετάνιωσα. Είναι εξαιρετικό το μπλέντερ, δεν κολλάει πουθενά, για τα χαρακτηριστικά του, λεπίδες, ισχύ, μέγεθος, λειτουργίες, value for money πραγματικά! Στο εγχειρίδιο χρήσης έλεγε κάπως αόριστα για τα ζεστά να αποφεύγονται και αναγκάστηκα να ρωτήσω στην υποστήριξη. Ο γενικός υπεύθυνος της εταιρείας είχε την καλοσύνη να επικοινωνήσει με το εργοστάσιο κατασκευής και μου είπε να αποφεύγω να τοποθετώ υγρά πιο θερμά από 55°C. Γιατί είχα σκοπό πολύ σπάνια να αλέθω καμία σούπα κλπ αν και η συσκευή δεν είναι για αυτό το σκοπό. Έτσι για αυτό είναι προτιμότερο να χρησιμοποιήσω το ραβδομπλέντερ μου ή να περιμένω να κρυώσει η σούπα. Νομίζω για αυτό ράγισε και η κανάτα ενός χρήστη, όπως αναφέρει. Βέβαια συχνά τοποθετώ ζεστό καφέ εσπρέσσο στον οποίο έχω διαλύσει μέλι και παγάκια αρκετά και κάνω την δική μου εκδοχή φρέντο χωρίς προβλήματα. Αν και θα έπρεπε αυτό να αναφέρεται ρητά στο εγχειρίδιο, κατά τα αλλά η συσκευή αξίζει με το παραπάνω και η υποστήριξη της εταιρείας επίσης! Αν αλλάξει κάτι θα ενημερώσω βέβαια...

Σε 7 εβδομάδες καθημερινής χρήσης η κανάτα ράγισε απέξω. Την πλένω και την αφήνω στο στεγνωτήρα πιάτων για να στεγνώσει. Δεν χτυπήθηκε κάπου, πέρα από το ότι την αφήνω στον στεγνωτήρα πιάτων και μπορεί´ να ακούμπησε τα διπλανά αντικείμενα. Εννοείται δεν θα το χρησιμοποιήσω ξανά για να αλέσω το φαγητό του μωρού. Δεν θεωρώ υπαιτιότητα μου όταν μια τόσο στιβαρή κανάτα ράγισε επειδή μπορεί να ακούμπησε τα διπλανά αντικείμενα. Άλλωστε αν έπεφτε κάπου θα έσπαζε. Είπα να στηρίξω μία ελληνική εταιρεία, ήταν και οικονομικό το μπλέντερ, γιατί όχι.
