The ceramic non-stick cookware La cena, of Korean origin, is made from cast aluminum with three ceramic coatings on the inside and two on the outside.

The Ceramic Coating

Also, it does not have Teflon/PFAs and is safe for health. I replaced the cast iron one I had, which would get rusty, with this one and it worked out very well for me.
