The Amorim Acousticork U85 contributes to the reduction of impact noise and airborne sound (ΔLw=23dB). It consists of cork and recycled SBR elastomer granules (rubber), with a final density of 280-400kg/m³.

The total thickness of the underlay is 4mm, with corrugated recesses of 2mm. This design enhances sound damping and absorbs vibrations.

The Amorim Acousticork U85 is freely placed on the floor slab surface, before the screed is poured, in cases of soundproofing a new floor or renovation.

Compatible with all final floor surfaces (LVT, LAMINATE, wooden floor, PVC/vinyl floors, ceramic tiles). The joints are covered with self-adhesive fabric tape DUCT TAPE.
