Mouthpiece Guardala with ligature, cap, and leather case

The FATBOY mouthpieces are thicker than the original Guardala. The elliptical shape allows the mouthpiece to have a larger size with less weight increase. The size/weight ratio is the only way to produce a "BALANCED SOUND" with a mouthpiece larger than the original Dave Guardala Mouthpiece.

This model features a high baffle and small diameter. It is inspired by the music of King Curtis (combined sounds from Detroit and Texas) and has a strong and compact sound. It is suitable for a variety of venues as well as for bebop and mainstream jazz.
