The air from the compressor reaches the paint reservoir and the tip of the gun. The generated pressure "pushes" the liquid from the reservoir, and the aerosolized paint particles are sprayed through the nozzle onto the surface being painted. LVLP (Low Volume Low Pressure) technology allows for spraying a large volume of paint at low air pressure, pushing the paint through the nozzle. As a result, less paint is wasted with the expelled air, and more falls onto the surface being painted, reducing paint consumption. It is particularly recommended for high-viscosity paints.
