The Mappy Eggcup acoustic panel is made of flexible polyurethane foam with self-extinguishing properties (HF1, UL94), which does not drip in the event of a fire. Its shaped surface helps absorb sound, with an aw coefficient of 0.55 at a thickness of 50 mm, in accordance with UNI EN 20354: 1993. It has a thermal conductivity of approximately 0.035 W/mK.
It is used indoors in areas such as boiler rooms, machine rooms, lift shafts, industrial facilities and air ducts, as well as in recording studios, music rooms, television or radio control rooms, cinemas and shooting ranges.
