The general slicer SKS 72013 is made of full metal in ruby color and has a professional appearance. It features a self-supporting base made of solid stable safety glass (ESG) and a unique lighting system.
Smooth adjustment of cutting thickness from 0–20 mm. It has a switch for momentary and continuous operation, allowing the blade to rotate continuously or momentarily. The lighting facilitates the visibility of the object being cut and the cutting thickness.
The slicer provides smart lighting: when the limiter is open and the blade is ready for cutting, it lights up blue. After 1 minute, the light turns red, indicating the open blade. There is also a pulsating light indicating standby mode after 5 minutes. Furthermore, there is protection against accidental activation.
The extremely quiet operation of the cutter is ensured by a maintenance-free 170-watt capacitor motor. The freely rotating stainless steel knife blade with a hollow grind Ø 170 mm offers excellent cutting results. You can sharpen the blade with the Graef diamond sharpener included in the set.
