The i-Green collection has a production capacity of 1 Kg (1.5 L) of ice cream per cycle in 15-20 minutes. The high-quality technology maintains the ice cream at the ideal density and taste, ready to serve up to 8 hours after preparation.

The preparation time and cooling maintenance phases are automatically adjusted via software, depending on the automatic detection of ambient temperature and mixture density. The advanced software reads information from the density sensors and temperature probes, automatically adjusting the thermodynamic system, cooling motor, and ventilation motor.

The process is completely automatic and user-friendly, with no need for timers or complex operations. The spacious 1.7 L capacity basin made of AISI 304 stainless steel is removable, allowing for the preparation of ice cream for the whole family and friends.
