The central button you use to select (Up-Down-Right-Left) is terrible! It requires a lot of pressure to register and ALWAYS takes more than one attempt.
Other than that, the cursor is ok and the other buttons are normal.
Given that this button makes up 80% of the interaction with the TV, even two stars is generous.

it doesn't work with the wireless mouse. you point somewhere and see the cursor elsewhere. I will not choose it again.

I had my doubts but it is exactly the same as the original, all the buttons work correctly and I don't think it will be less durable given that the wheel on my original broke quite quickly. A note that the wheel is a bit harder to press.

Everything is fine, just many times you need to press the buttons two or three times for them to work. The voice search works (not perfectly but it works). If I wanted something with 5 stars, I would pay 50€ for the genuine one. It was just tested on a TV that didn't come with a magic remote, so it was a risk whether it would work. For about 11 euros that I bought it for, I have no complaints.

Used on LG TV 43UK6400PLF and worked right away.
It's fine, the only thing is that some buttons are missing compared to the old one (e.g. nfo, sub, etc.) but it's a matter of habit.
Anyway, both work simultaneously if needed.

Update after 3 months of use:
Every now and then it glitches and doesn't work but it comes back.
The wheel is sensitive and takes some getting used to so you don't move it with the slightest touch.
Also, after 4-5 falls (on carpet - due to kids), the tooth of the battery cover broke and comes off. So it needs some attention.

The remote control comes in a box that scares you with how much it looks like a fake, but the contents dispel those fears. It is exactly the same as the original and performs all the functions of the original. It has instructions in the box on how to remove the previous one and sync this one, but I didn't pay attention to them and just put the batteries in right away. The TV recognized it immediately, and it just took 2-3 minutes of use for the pointer to work completely smoothly. However, sometimes the pointer stops working or doesn't work properly. To restore it, I disconnect it and then it reconnects automatically and works. (The disconnection is done by holding down the button with the house icon and the button with the back arrow until the on/off light starts blinking.) The durability over time will show. The TV is from 2018.

It's totally worth it if for any reason your original LG remote control breaks. It works flawlessly

It does the basic job, but its buttons are recessed and difficult to press compared to the original remote control. Especially the volume adjustment buttons are very close to the plastic, so in order to press them, you have to search for them and press them harder for the command to register. Update: After a year, the power button stopped working altogether. We were also out of the 6-month warranty period. Waste of money.

Genuine remote control. Expensive. The scroll wheel has a problem because it is vulnerable to dust that passes through the protective casing and damages it.

Perhaps the best option. I find all the buttons blindly and in the dark without any mistakes, and after a week or two of use, the familiarity is incredible. Don't go for cheap options...

Authentic LG remote control, where it replaced the original one because the scroll and selection wheel broke. Hopefully, this will last longer.

It works perfectly with the LG 43UM7400PLB, 2019-20 model. Very good and practical.

I rate it 4 stars and deduct 1 star for the ergonomic issue. It's not as convenient and balanced in the hand. The older magic remote from 2015 is smaller, with the necessary buttons and very comfortable in the hand, it doesn't tire you out.

I attach 4 photos for you to have an idea. Otherwise, it's a quality, functional, practical product, as long as you know it's compatible. In my case, compatibility with my TV model was not listed among the models, so I was informed by LG.

Really amazing both in function and connection to the TV, where it automatically recognized it as a magik control with airmouse, not only on the LG TV but also on the other devices I already have connected, which I did not expect.

As for the build quality, it seems to be very good with a beautiful appearance and a finesse that stands out. The buttons are amazing and have a unique feel, but what stood out to me was the wheel in the center where you can quickly switch pages and options.

However, time will tell how long it will last because the initial one provided by LG was disappointing and they should change it. I give it 5 stars as I have not found any flaws yet and it is worth the money.

I have 2 LG SK 7900 TVs, both 55", and both have issues with the central selection button and the letters fading quickly on the remote control. The TVs themselves are perfect, but the remote controls are easily damaged despite being expensive.

The best in its category, easy to use even for users without special knowledge. I also purchased a second backup because it works perfectly even on much older models, specifically on the LG 22LU5000 that I have had at my summer house for about twelve years!! Therefore, I conclude that it can be used on any LG device, even if it is not smart.

It was purchased for the LG 50UN7006 and worked perfectly. The mouse pointer is very convenient and the ability to control both the Nova decoder and LG BR simultaneously is great. I got rid of the 3 remote controls I was using.

Flawless control for TVs that support its capabilities. In some models, it comes as standard equipment, while in others it is supported but not included in the original TV packaging. A truly Smart remote control, it accepts voice commands, displays a cursor on the TV, and performs internet searches and navigation in the TV menu with ease. The few and easily readable buttons allow you to know what you're pressing even in the dark. It can handle soundbars, amplifiers, decoders like Nova, OTE, and anything else you really want. All of this, of course, provided that it is supported or an LG TV. One negative detail: the white buttons started to fade after a year without even being used, just by holding it in your hand. Also, please respect the wheel in the center, like a computer mouse. When you rotate it, click it because there are complaints that it breaks easily. In the one and a half years that I have had it, it has worked flawlessly for me.

Very good, slightly smaller than the TV I had bought before, but it suited me very well. Also, it came in a very good safety packaging to avoid any damage.
