In the 24th edition of the Pocket Penal Code, the new "Penal Code" is included, as it stands after Law 5090/2024, with a presentation of the provisions that apply from the commencement of Law 5090/2024 as well as the provisions that were in force until its commencement. 

The format of the provisions is updated up to Law 5172/2024, which introduces further amendments to the provisions of crimes in the Special Part, regulations for minors, while also introducing the possibility of representation of the attendee in support of the prosecution during the judgment for granting conditional release.
