Description

Ready industrial mortar based on gray Portland cement, graded aggregates from Dionysos marble, and special additives to improve adhesion on difficult surfaces and enhance its rheological properties. Does not contain lime. Requires mixing only with water, reducing preparation time and increasing application speed.

Uses

  • For filling and smoothing floors.
  • Provides a ready final surface for laying ceramic tiles, marbles, or granites.
  • Suitable for indoor and outdoor areas (balconies, roofs, terraces, etc.).
  • Does not crack and provides a hard final surface.
  • Recommended for thicknesses from 1 to 3 centimeters.

Application Method

  • Check the substrate to ensure it is clean, dry, and free from oils or loose and foreign bodies.
  • In a clean container, place 5 - 5.5 kg of water and gradually add the contents of the bag, stirring continuously with an electric mixer at low speed (500 rpm) for a homogeneous mass.
  • It is necessary to wet the surfaces of the floors with water before and after application.
  • The mortar is applied in a thickness of 1 - 3 cm.
  • You can walk on the floor after at least 12 hours.
  • The installation of marbles or tiles can be done after 48 hours.
