Zep's Oven Brite cleaning liquid easily removes stubborn stains from melted and charred grease from ovens, hoods, grills, barbecues, and pots. It does not damage stainless steel or other metals if used undiluted.

For general cleaning:

• Preheat the oven to about 40 degrees Celsius and turn it off.
• Apply the undiluted product to the oven surfaces.
• Allow the product to act for about 5 minutes.
• Wipe the surface with a cloth or sponge.
• Rinse with clean water.
• After cleaning, heat the oven for at least 10 minutes before using it.
