I don't have much knowledge about fitness products, however, for simple home use, it seems fine to me after months of use. Easy to assemble, light enough to carry around, but also sturdy when sitting on it. It doesn't look cheap. One negative point I give it is the very square part where the user sits, and in some exercises, it puts quite a bit of pressure on the legs to the point of causing pain during the exercises.
