This straw (bombilla) has a "spoon" tip that works beautifully. Bombillas are mainly used to drink yerba mate but can also be used with other teas!

How to prepare yerba mate tea with a bombilla straw:

• Fill the container about ½ full.
• Cover the top of the cup with your palm, turn it upside down 180º, and gently shake it up and down, bringing the fine leaves to the top and leaving the larger ones below to act as a natural filter.
• Slowly return the cup to 45° to lightly pour cold or room temperature water, helping to protect the herb's vital nutrients from the hot water for about 1 minute.
• Insert the bombilla directly into the void.

The package also includes a cleaning kit for the inside of the straw, making cleaning even easier!
