    The shoes are rockets. I can't give a full opinion since they have only been worn in one race. They are aimed at athletes who can run 3:40 and below to perform at 100%. They are very pleasant and fun. They are a bit hard on the heel and will initially hurt you. They hurt my big toe but that happened because the race had a lot of downhill on asphalt. I still highly recommend them to athletes looking for shoes for races of 10-42 kilometers..
