Ronney Blondie 9 Tones lightening powder is used to lighten hair by up to 9 levels and is suitable for all hair types. It is fragrance-free and allows for even lightening, while the degree of lightening depends on the developer used and the condition of the hair.

Mix in a non-metallic bowl with 6%, 9% or 12% developer, at a ratio of 1:2 to 2:3. Stir with a fine brush until a smooth cream forms, then leave on the hair for 20–40 minutes, depending on the desired result. Rinse the hair thoroughly and wash gently to remove any powder residue.
