The Aigostar digital cooking thermometer, with a removable metal probe and cable, measures food temperatures from 0 °C to 250 °C. It also functions as a timer, with count-up and countdown modes. The backlit LED display shows readings and preset cooking temperatures for different types of meat.

Switches on the back let you select thermometer or timer mode and switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit. The back features a built-in stand for placement on a flat surface, as well as a magnet for attaching it to metal surfaces. The buttons let you set the hours and minutes, and previous settings can be saved.
