Apply a small amount of permanent gel on the eyebrows. Cover the area with osmotic film (Osmotic Film – 011202008). Leave the product to act for 15 minutes. Remove it and apply the Neutraliser (Liquid Neutraliser or Neutraliser Cream). Cover with osmotic film. Leave the product to act for 15 minutes.
