Premium Honey “Fir Vanilla” is the only Greek honey produced from the rare black firs of Mount Mainalo in Arcadia, Peloponnese.

Its first name is due to its light color, a shade between pearl and vanilla.

“Fir Vanilla Honey” is collected between early May and mid-July.

It is well known for its taste and low sugar content.
