    I received everything normally, when I went to assemble it the side screws split the wood in the middle (from the thickness of the screw as far as I understood) and as I was screwing them in I could hear crack crack crack as they split. There are 6 screws on each side: 3 screws on the left and 3 screws on the right at the front, 3 screws on the left and 3 screws on the right at the back. One side had a small piece of wood underneath to support the base, I found it detached.

    In the photo is the small piece of wood and the part that split, I am tightening it so the glue can dry.
