Oscar finds an elaborate wooden chest containing some old, boring words! Gradually, he begins to realize what he can do with the words he found and starts experimenting and scattering them recklessly. However, at some point, the chest empties, and Oscar is left without words. Fortunately, Mrs. Louise shows him how to create new, poetic words on his own and explains to him that he must be more careful in using them: language has great power.
