The Oxford Montreal 3.0 MS is a winter men's adventure motorcycle jacket with a waterproof inner Rainseal Technology membrane. It is made from synthetic Ripstop fabric and features CE protectors at the shoulders and elbows. The elbow protector sits in an external pocket designed to limit movement in the event of a fall. The thermal lining provides extra warmth.

The collar features an Amara lining and neoprene trim, adjusts in height and fits snugly around the neck. The sleeves have elastic adjustment straps, while the cuffs feature a soft Amara lining and a wide adjustable gusset to help keep water out. Reflective panels on the front, shoulders and back help improve visibility from all sides. The two large expandable front pockets are water-resistant and feature hand warmers; there is also a rear pocket. Stretch panels at the back, front and rear ventilation openings, and an extended rear tail complete the design. It also features a Rainseal hood that packs away into the collar when not in use, and is prepared for a back protector.
