How to use Boob tape:

  • NOTE: We always recommend doing a "test" by applying a small piece of tape on the skin for 8-10 hours. In case of an allergic reaction, we do not recommend using the product.
  • Step 1: Cover your nipples with a piece of tape as a nipple cover.
  • Step 2: Measure your breast with the tape and cut several strips. The length and number of strips you will use depend on your style and breast size.
  • Step 3: Lift your breasts and place the tape on the bottom of the breast, removing the protective film as you apply it. For optimal results, do not reapply the tape.
