    It states that it is 2400W but this is misleading, because it has 2 cooking zones (right and left) it is essentially 1200W*2 (to be exact 1150W*2), at this Wattage, you can barely toast bread and that with a lot of patience. As for meat, it just slow-cooks it and makes it rubbery. Regarding build quality, I don't know because I have already requested a return
