I've had it for 5 years with fluctuations in my weight, and for the past 6 months, I started going to the gym for the first time. It does not give different measurements if you step on it multiple times in a row (acceptable deviations of a few grams). It also shows you how many calories you burn at rest, so you can calculate how many calories you should consume throughout the day to maintain, lose, or gain weight.

      It synchronizes easily and quickly with the corresponding VitaDock+ mobile application, just follow the instructions. The application generates various statistical data (per day, week, month, 3 months, year). You can set a goal for how many kilograms you want to reach and it informs you about your progress with a graph and remaining kilograms.
