The Life poles by Alpintec are made of durable aluminum with an anti-shock internal spring, height adjustment with a screw lock, and an elongated handle for more stability.

When the path becomes unstable, a walking pole can really make the difference between covering many kilometers and needing to descend the mountain earlier than planned.

Instructions for Use:

Do not use the pole as a lever (risk of breakage), but as an accessory to make your walking easier, protecting your body from strains.
Do not overtighten the clips or over-tighten the mechanisms with the shock absorber.
