    Do not even think about getting Oral B. I had bought the iOS 10 for almost 375 euros and instead of replacing it with a new one as required by law within the warranty period, and after five to six months it had broken down, they suggested sending me only the body of the device, of course refurbished. Of course, I will not leave it at that—I have already taken action with my lawyer. Today I am proceeding with an official complaint to the Consumer Ombudsman for breach of warranty and for the imposition of the prescribed administrative fines on your company [Law 2251/1994], and my lawyer has drafted an extrajudicial document to be sent to them, which will also be served to you by a court bailiff [Law 2251/1994]. Naturally, the service in the provinces is unacceptable; even though the lady saw the problem, she insisted on sending me only the body of the toothbrush, playing her part instead of insisting I get a new one. STAY AWAY from Oral-B Greece—they deceive people, sending you refurbished products and calling them new—unacceptable, but they will get the response they deserve. You deceive people, aren’t you ashamed?
