Having replaced the classic cube-shaped electric fryer, I would say this is a silly or careless purchase.

I use it only for French fries. It is simple to use, cleaning is relatively easy (all parts are detachable), it doesn't splash oil, the fries are ready in about 10 minutes and are very crispy. Overall, it is a simple and functional fryer. The only drawback is the large amount of oil it requires, although you can fry a smaller quantity with less oil (just over 2 liters). I consider it a good purchase for its cost.

As soon as you dip the full basket into the hot oil, it bubbles and the oil overflows, making a mess in the whole kitchen (of course, always closing the lid, as recommended in the instructions).

The only things I have tried are freshly cut (and dried) potatoes or frozen potatoes.

The same happens whether the oil level is at the max line/indicator or at the min.

For the money, it is VFM, easy to clean, quick heating, frying, very good build quality. I wouldn't say it's top-notch, but acceptable. Small in size

Single person, it is overkill to use 3 liters of oil, how many times do you fry 4-5? I use sunflower oil, which is economical, and still cry, I don't eat often of course and I don't know how long I can leave the oil inside without it getting altered.
These are my personal opinions, in terms of the device, it is made of cheap materials but everything is detachable and easy to clean, it fries perfectly in 12-15 minutes, the potatoes are ready.

I have been using it for 2 weeks now. I am very satisfied with the result!! It makes crispy fries in a short time. It is very easy to clean and most importantly, it doesn't require constant restarts (unlike the previous one I had from a different brand). The fact that it requires 3 liters of oil doesn't bother me because I was aware of it before I bought it, and because you don't throw it away after frying twice, it lasts and doesn't burn as easily as a regular pan (maybe due to the quantity). Quite good fryer and fast, it fries 1.5 kilos of potatoes in 20 minutes. For its price, it's top-notch. The only negative is that it requires 3 liters of oil, but it makes crispy potatoes, completely eliminating the splatters that the pans used to make. It also required more cleaning than frying. I made my family's favorite dish, moussaka, in no time
