Contrary to the claims of the American Jewish Foundation and the Israeli lobby, Jews do not all speak with a unified voice when it comes to the Middle East.

Since the nineteenth century to the present day, some of the most rigorous and insightful critiques of Israel and Zionism have been made by significant Jewish intellectuals of international standing. Conservative supporters of the state of Israel have condemned and dismissed them as heretics and as loathsome Jews who foster hatred against their fellow Jews.

However, as long as Palestine and Israel remain in a state of perpetual struggle and bloody violence, the warnings of these intellectuals regarding the extreme Zionist plan that envisions a nationally pure Jewish state are more relevant than ever. As long as such voices exist, there is hope for a peaceful tomorrow. Let us listen to them...
