Cementitious mortar containing silica fume, for the repair and structural reinforcement of concrete structures, as well as the support of rocks and excavation, using the dry or wet spraying process.

Produced in two types: with a maximum aggregate size of 4mm and 8mm.

RP 4800 GUNITE meets the requirements of the Greek Technical Specification ELOT TS 1501-14-01-14-00 and the EFNARC - European Specification for Sprayed Concrete, for concrete class C32/40.

It is classified as a category CC R3 cement mortar for the repair of concrete structures according to the European standard EN 1504-3.

APPLICATIONS

• Suitable for large volume repairs and structural reinforcement of concrete structures.
• Structural support of masonry and support of rocks and excavation.

CONSUMPTION

Indicatively 20-22 kg/m² for a layer thickness of 1cm. Consumption is strongly influenced by the surface and the method of application.

PACKAGING - STORAGE

Available in: 30 kg paper bags.

Storage: 12 months from the production date, if stored in the original, sealed packaging, protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
