Tip: Prefer high-quality tools. A good brush will provide better application and will not leave hairs on the wood.

Preparation - Application

• Preparation: Previously treated surfaces should be sanded. The surface must be clean and dry. Remove grease or dirt.
• Application: Apply it with a soft cloth ensuring that the Teak Oil penetrates into the wood. Wipe off the residue with a clean cloth. Do not use it at temperatures below 5°C or relative humidity above 80%. For best results, apply Teak Oil every year. Very resinous woods should first be cleaned with nitro thinner.
• Thinning: Do not thin.
• Drying time: Dust dry in 6-12 hours, next coat after 24 hours (at 23°C and relative humidity 60%).
