The LTO (lithium titanate battery) is a modified lithium-ion cell that uses lithium titanate nanocrystals on the surface of the anode, achieving a surface area of 100 m² per gram of carbon. This allows electrons to enter and exit more quickly, facilitating fast charging with high currents.
LTO batteries withstand 10,000-15,000 charge cycles, much more than other chemical batteries with 500-1000 cycles, and have a lifespan of 10 to 15 years. They operate in extreme cold conditions (up to -50 °C) and extreme heat (up to +65 °C). They support charging at speeds over 10 C, allowing charging in less than 10 minutes.
The maximum charge and discharge rate is 10 C, achieving up to 400A, with minimal overheating during operation. The LTO system offers fast charging within 6 minutes, a wide temperature range (-50 ° ~ 60 °), 30 years of lifespan, as well as high safety and performance.
