After less than 1 month of use, the insole of the left shoe collapsed by about 1 centimeter, rendering the pair useless. In response to my request for a return, the store replied negatively, noting that I would have to bring the shoes in for inspection by the representative, without clarifying whether the shipping costs would be borne by me or the store, or any other detail. I chose not to pursue the matter further by spending additional money on top of what I had already been charged for a useless (as it turned out) product. In the photo on the right is the problematic shoe, and you can see how much the insole has collapsed compared to the other one.
Μετά από λιγότερο από 1 μήνα χρήσης στο αριστερό παπούτσι υποχώρησε ο πάτος περίπου 1 εκατοστό με αποτέλεσμα το ζευγάρι να καταστεί άχρηστο. Στο αίτημα μου για επιστροφή το κατάστημα απάντησε αρνητικά σημειώνοντας ότι θα πρέπει να τους προσκομίσω τα παπούτσια για έλεγχο από την αντιπροσωπεία, χωρίς να διευκρινίζει αν τα έξοδα αποστολής θα βαρύνουν εμένα ή το κατάστημα ή οποιοδήποτε άλλη λεπτομέρεια. Επέλεξα να μην ασχοληθώ περαιτέρω δαπανώντας επιπλέον χρήματα σε σχέση με όσα είχα ήδη χρεωθεί για ένα άχρηστο (όπως αποδείχθηκε) προϊόν. Στη φωτογραφία στα δεξιά είναι το προβληματικό παπούτσι και φαίνεται πόσο έχει υποχωρήσει ο πάτος σε σχέση με το άλλο.
