    I will give an honest 3/5 and I will explain to help with my personal experience.
    The purchase was made in September, so not during a heatwave but also not during freezing weather. However, it is a season when cold water is needed. As a member of a five-member family, my husband and I noticed that the first glass of water gets quite cold, the second one who drinks right after finds it refreshing, and the third will drink it at room temperature. We end up filling 0.5lt glass bottles and putting them in the fridge. So you can't really call it a cooler.
    Nevertheless, the hot water is quite efficient for tea.
    In conclusion, if I had known how it works, I wouldn't have bought it.
