The jar without the lid is suitable for microwave use, with care not to exceed a thermal difference of 42°C, as large temperature changes can cause the container to break. Do not use it in a conventional oven or on electric/induction stoves. The jar is dishwasher safe, while the lid should be hand washed without detergents.
