The capsule is fast-release, ensuring immediate release and absorption of active ingredients (within 15-30 minutes of ingestion). Ingredients: Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Peanut Kernel Extract (Pistacia vera), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide).

Adults and children over 12 years old, take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
