Mine arrived with a large dent in the front even though the packaging was not damaged. I did not go through the process of making a claim. The rings that hold the bag are plastic and flimsy. One broke on the second change. The lid and mechanism do not fit well together. Overall, a sloppy and fake construction that the photos flatter.
