Description

The book guides us into the depths of hermetic initiatory knowledge and the teachings of Hermes Trismegistus.

The musical instrument Cymbal, from which the title of the original English work ("The Kybalion", 1908) derives, is directly related to the Goddess Cybele, the Queen (daughter of Rhea and Oceanus), as well as to the Mysteries of Samothrace, the Corybantes, and also to the sacred mysteries of Eleusis and the entire Dionysian worship.

Essentially, "The Kybalion" summarizes the teachings of Hermes Trismegistus, the so-called "Hermetic Science," into 7 key principles through which the mysteries and laws governing the mental, invisible world of ideas can be symbolized and experienced.

The 7 key principles are:

— the principle of mentalism

— the principle of correspondence

— the principle of vibration

— the principle of polarity

— the principle of rhythm

— the principle of cause and effect, and

— the principle of gender

A unique book that opens new paths in mystical exploration.
