Mercola polyurethane sealant forms a transparent, elastic membrane for waterproofing and protecting horizontal and vertical surfaces, indoors or outdoors. It can be applied to rooftops and walls, as well as metal and ceramic surfaces. The membrane remains walkable, does not yellow, and resists standing water, abrasion, and mechanical stress.
The liquid coating is applied in at least two coats using a brush, roller, or spray gun. On non-porous or glossy surfaces, such as metal and ceramic tiles, apply ADHESIL adhesion promoter first. When applying indoors, ensure adequate ventilation.
