The phone still works BUT there is a BIG PROBLEM with the quality of the KEYBOARD and the BUTTONS in general. The buttons do not respond immediately when pressed. They no longer press well. You need force for each press and often repeatedly. The biggest problem is with the central selection and navigation button. You press in one place and it selects another. It has become so difficult to use that it is now COMPLETELY UNSUITABLE for the elderly lady. It's a pity because as a phone it was good and lightweight. Also, there are NO speed dials anywhere in the menu.
