    while at first it seemed good, now we have the following issue... it doesn't ring when I call it for example from my own mobile (it calls without sound!!!) whereas if I call from another number it rings normally... from what I understood it happens with other numbers too and although I have tried everything it continues to function erratically. I will also do a reset and we'll see... but it is the shortest lasting mobile phone in terms of durability and nothing has happened... to justify it... yesterday I deleted my number from my mother's menu and added it again... then when I called her it was as if the speaker was broken... I turned the flashlight on and off and it came back!!!!!
    if anyone knows how to help... all advice is welcome...
    but I think I am entitled to a replacement.
