The garment had a factory defect; it had been sewn crookedly, they unstitched it and sewed it again, and as a result, it was full of holes as you can see in the photos.
Because I didn't notice it when I received it, I washed it and discovered it when I ironed it, which meant I couldn't exchange it afterwards.
Although I sent an email to the manufacturing company, they never replied to me about whether it could be exchanged, so I ended up paying for something my child never wore.
Both the factory and clearly the store that bought and sold a product in this condition before checking it are responsible…
Το ρούχο είχε εργοστασιακό πρόβλημα το είχαν ράψει στραβά , το ξήλωσαν το έραψαν ξανά και αυτό σαν συνέπεια είχε να είναι γεμάτο τρύπες όπως θα δείτε στις φωτογραφίες.
Επειδή δεν το πρόσεξα όταν το παρέλαβα το έπλυνα και το εντόπισα όταν το σιδέρωσα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορώ να κάνω αλλαγή μετά.
Ενώ έστειλα email στην εταιρία κατασκευής δεν μου απάντησαν ποτέ αν μπορεί να αλλαχτεί και έτσι πλήρωσα κάτι που το παιδί μου δεν έβαλε ποτέ.
Έχουν ευθύνη και η βιοτεχνία σαφώς και το κατάστημα που αγόρασε και πούλησε σε αυτήν την κατάσταση ένα προϊόν πριν ελεγχθεί…
