Ideal for everyday use at home or for professional service in restaurants and cafes.

Instructions for use and maintenance:
  • Use soap and warm water for rinsing and cleaning. Avoid using a dishwasher.
  • To prevent odors, sprinkle salt on the platter and rub it with lemon.
  • To maintain the wood, treat it at least once a month with warm food-safe clear wood oil to seal the wood's pores and protect its appearance. Spread the oil over the surface of the platter and let it sit for 4-6 hours to absorb the oil. Wipe off any excess oil with a clean, soft cloth.
  • To keep its smooth surface after extensive use, you can sand it with 60-120 grit sandpaper and repeat the process with wood oil to seal the pores again and protect the wood.
